  • At this time, Whole Wellness does not participate with any insurance carriers. We cannot submit medical claims on your behalf or assist you in claim resolution. All appointments are strictly on a self-pay, fee-for-service basis. However, we can provide you with a superbill/invoice, and some labs can be run through your insurance.

  • Whole Wellness does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. Appointments will be on a self-pay, fee-for-service basis. Lab testing will be through one of our cash pay providers and cannot be submitted to Medicare or Medicaid for reimbursement.

  • You have two options for laboratory testing at Whole Wellness: Discounted cash pay labs through Rupa Health or laboratory testing through another provider that may be eligible for insurance coverage.

Most laboratory tests are conducted via Rupa Health, a functional lab testing platform. Rupa Health may be able to provide you with a superbill that you can try to submit to your insurance, for reimbursement. Some laboratory tests may qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. For more information, please visit the link you are sent from Rupa Health for your recommended tests.

We realize that functional medicine can be cost-prohibitive. To do our part to reduce costs, we have chosen not to mark up any lab services provided through Rupa Health.

  • No, Whole Wellness is not a primary care provider.

While we do see patients with a variety of health conditions and medical needs, we are a functional medicine specialist and do not provide acute care services. We will work alongside your primary care provider (PCP) and other specialists, to coordinate the best possible care. It is required that you have an established primary care provider before becoming our patient.

  • We do! For patients in Northwest Arkansas, we have a physical location within Jubilee Wellness in Fayetteville.

Patients can also meet remotely using a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform. You will receive the instructions to this platform via email prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • We do understand the need to reschedule appointments, but when you cancel an appointment within 2 business days of your scheduled appointment, it prevents us from serving another patient.

We require a 2 business day notice via our online patient portal messaging system (Cerbo) for cancellation or reschedule. Without this notice, the following fees apply:

    • $200 cancellation fee for a New Patient Visit

    • $100 cancellation fee for a Follow Up Visit

  • Patients can self-schedule all visits using the online patient portal, Cerbo.

  • Yes! Patients may ask quick questions regarding their treatment plan in-between visits via the online patient portal messaging system (Cerbo). We will respond within 3 business days. Questions not related to the treatment plan are best suited for patient visits.

For anything emergent, please contact your primary care provider. For emergency medical issues, please visit an emergency care center or call 911.

  • We partner with Wholescripts and Fullscript, two online supplement stores that offer third-party tested supplements. As a patient of Whole Wellness, you are granted access to 10% off your purchases.

If we recommend specific supplements during your patient visit, you will receive an email with a special link to either Wholescripts or Fullscript shortly after your visit. This link will contain the supplements discussed during your visit and instructions on how to purchase and ship to your home.
