Today was an interesting day. I actually got enough sleep the night before, I kept myself from being distracted by TV, and then completed a lot of errands and studying before going to see my shrink. It was an effective appointment too and I feel like I am building my tool box in getting a handle on my anxiety.
Despite the good day and then a great sushi dinner date, I’m laying in bed completely awake. I know that I need to be up at 4 yet I’m not tired at all and I can’t get my brain to shut off. I’m considering resorting to medication.
Anywho, part of my good day included a run. 6 miles with negative splits. Avg pace was 9:33.
Off to take some simply sleep…..
