For the weekend I am visiting in DFW. Circuit Training with my little brother (who’s leaving for the Army tomorrow) was the order of the day. We had a lot of fun with this workout that consisted of mostly of TRX and Kettlebell exercises. As a personal trainer its quite flattering to have an 18yr old army recruit tell you how evil you are. ^^
