The reverse lunges were performed with horizontal loading, meaning that all sets were performed before moving on to the next part. All reps of a set were performed on one leg before switching legs.

Hey there. Thanks for the feedback! I’m pretty new at this as well. (I only just found out how to see non-approve feedback). when I went to “wordpress.com” there was a section for free themes. I went for high contrast without a lot of distractions. You can then play with how it looks in the dashboard “appearance” tab. Hope this helps!
